Looks like Bryan Bulaga wants a second ring and wants to stay in Green Bay. This is awesome. Who says the Packers off-season is dull and boring??

Hoping the deal gets done.
As with all these contracts the little details will tell the exact cost.

It's imperative to keep this improving O-line intact.
Now if only Bulaga can stay healthy and on the field for a few years.

If you are going to pay top money for a T then RT is the way to go. A bad RT can screw up your offense pretty much as easily as a bad LT yet the difference you have to pay is HUGE. The only way he won't be worth it is if he gets injured and that's the risk but it's better than the risk of ending up with Allen Barber 2.0

BB adds a sense of comfort that (if healthy) that we now have 7 guys I'd trust along the line. However, as we've discussed in other threads, IMO it's a bit much for him.

Signing Cobb and Bulaga solidifies an offense that is at the top of the league for the next few years. This in league where turnover runs crazy. How much is that worth? All these guys will be back and they will be back the next year too and we are talking about an offense that is REALLY GOOD.
This also gives Ted Thompson a time cushion to draft and develop adding quality depth and preparing for replacing guys down the road when that does again become necessary. For now this offense is sitting real pretty and will be for awhile.

The way I look at it is this is bad news for the other guys. Not us.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
