He should have been arrested for public shit suckage after the NFCCG in '07.

I heard on Fox Sports Radio this afternoon that no charges have been filed against him.

He should have left. Being drunk wasn't the bad part, it was NOT doing what they told him to do, which was LEAVE.
Seems that alcohol makes people "brave".

I was walking down the sidewalk with a glass of beer and when a cop told me to dump it I tried to hide it, yeah I know real smart, try to hide something he already saw, for that he gave me a ticket.
