How do you feel about these changes?

Ron Zook came in last year. It is not as if Zook had his hand on everything and had his scheme being used. Mike McCarthy also said there would be a big culture change in that Special Teams group. This isn't Mike Stock stepping down for Shawn Slocum who was essentially groomed for a handful of years as his under study. This is someone who has had a plethora of coaching being handed the ST unit.

And yeah, maybe Zook didn't do so well in STs in the 90s...
BUT do we know he's not a better coach than he was in the 90s? or do we know what his ST player talent was then and how it compares to the current packers? or if those ranking system people are any good or even a good system to be looking at?
If you're wondering, Clements was the OC with the Bills in '04 and '05 and his unit finished 7th and 24th respectively.

In 2005, the Bills released Bledsoe... sort of forcing them to go to second year, 1st round pick J.P. Losman, who kinds sucked and soon replaced by vet Kelly Holcomb (until Holcomb got injured and they went back to Losman). And the WRs and rest of the offense (other than maybe the running game) suffered because of this.
So assuming Rodgers is playing, I'd look more towards his 2004 rookie play calling OC year.
