I don’t think the week one game has any impact on this matchup. The teams are dramatically different, especially Green Bay.

1. That was a bigger game for Seattle than it was for the Packers. We're talking about a team playing at home for the first time since winning the first Super Bowl in the history of their franchise. That was an extension of the playoffs for them. It was just one of 16 for Green Bay. This week is obviously big for both teams.

2. The Packers are better than they were in week 1. No baptism by fire for Corey Linsley. He's a veteran at this point. Davante Adams is establishing himself as a No. 3 threat. It'll be tougher against Seattle, but he's in a better position now than Jarrett Boykin was going into that game. Same for Andrew Quarless and Richard Rodgers. Eddie Lacy is also running the ball much better.

3. The defense matches up well with them. They were afraid of Dez Bryant beating them, so they shadowed him all game long with usually HaHa Clinton-Dix. They don't need to do that against Seattle because the Seahawks don't have great receivers. Therefore, they can use an extra guy in the box defend the run.

Defense needs to make plays come Sunday. Offensively it will be a challenge, and putting points up in Seattle isn't the easiest thing to do. My point being that points are precious in these types of games - last thing you want to do is work hard to put up 7, only to give an easy TD to follow.

Keys To Success

Get Lacy going early - keep the offense dynamic. Only way to beat a defense like theirs is to keep them guessing. Throw a few short passes to Lacy if they have to - but make sure that all available weapons are being used.

Offensive line - Rodgers needs time to throw. This also plays into why Lacy needs to be involved. Bring extra people in to protect if necessary. When dealing with Seattle's secondary - it can take longer for plays to develop, so give Rodgers time to deliver.

Defense needs to get off the field - Lynch is their weapon of choice, and he can wear a defense down quickly. Last thing you want in a potentially close game is a tired D. Playing the run and forcing them to throw would put our defense in the best position.

Rodgers playing 4 quarters - an offensive lull could be enough to give Seattle the driver's seat. Stay aggressive and don't let off the gas.

Don't shy away from Sherman - it is unsure why there weren't any passes thrown to Richard's side of the field in week 1. Regardless of why, it is necessary to use the whole field to spread out their D and keep them honest. Sherman makes mistakes just like anyone else - make him pay for it when he does.

2: Self shitting. Mike tries to out think the other team and we go into a lull. But occasionally we go to the Jets or Texans, where we're considered underdogs and show up for a full 60. That needs to happen.

3: ST. It's an area of weakness, but it cann't cost us.

Oh yeah:
4: Run defense. Lynch could run wild, although we did a decent job on Murray today.

Since they got rid of them, they've fully embraced ground and pound football. Lynch could very well wear the defense down.

I just don't think there's a lot either team will learn from week one. The Packers are playing better. Seattle has their footing under them. This is going to be a war. Rodgers' inability to extend plays outside the pocket could make the difference in the end.

Battle of the 2 best teams in the NFC!

The Packers have ran the up tempo no huddle offense all year.

The Packers have split the carries between Lacy and Stark's all year.

Eddie is healthy, fresh legs, could be he gets 30 + to his next week.

The only way I see The Packers staying in this game is to shorten it.
Especially if Aaron is no better.
Old School ball next week, run Eddie until he can't run anymore, keep the game. Close no turnovers.

I will be happy if The Packers are within 7 going I to the 4th quarter.

Watching most of Seattle's home games, they tend to put teams away by capitalizing on their mistakes.

No mistakes then The Packers have a fighting chance.

Even with a Banged up Rodgers
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

The things that seattle going for it:

1. Home and loud
2. wilsons running and read option
3. lynch
4. Their DBs

GB needs to do:

1. Get into the zone and not get into all the hype about where they are playing and play their game
2. Have a spy for wilson and get some good hits on him to make him pay
3. Stop the run - they stopped it vs dallas and dallas has the best running game
4. Just play their game

Should be a good game - To be honest it will be a close one but I give my hats to GB; as long as rodgers moves better. Like others said look what we did to carolina. And yes we are a totally different team.

I want to see Rodgers come out fired up aka Tom Brady, I am so tired of not seeing any emotion from this team. If Rodgers can move around like he did at the end of the game than I see Green Bay beating this team. After watching Carolina go up and down the field on this team gave me alot of hope. But if he stays in the pocket like the 1st half I predict he don't survive the 1st half. Run Lacy and then run him some more. I would also throw at Sherman, he was being beat by a rookie. We can beat this team so just RELAX
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)
