Packers coach Mike McCarthy: James Starks should touch the ball every game

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Coach Mike McCarthy tried and tried to get the Green Bay Packers running game going with Eddie Lacy last Sunday at Soldier Field and in the process neglected James Starks.

It was the second time in four games this season that Starks failed to carry the ball.

"James Starks should touch the football every single game," McCarthy said Tuesday. "That will not happen again."

So expect Starks to have some kind of role in Thursday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.

MM needs to read our chat during the game. Myself and others were asking to give Starks the ball. Maybe he can give monitoring the Chat to the OC since he doesn't call any of the plays.
