Yep. I saw some linebacker stacks in the first half that were woefully ineffective. I will happy to never see those again.

Having seen the game live, one of the biggest things I saw was actually from Aaron Rodgers. As great as he is, he seems to be over-analyzing and over-complicated the plays at time instead of taking what is being given. I also see a little distrust with the youth and inexperience on the field. I will be watching as the season goes on how that develops.

When players can play instinctive football, they play better football. The more you make players think, the less speed they have.

The other organization is paid to play too.

You're not going to dominate for 60 minutes. Saints are 0-2 against below .500 teams from last year. Seahawks just lost to an 8-8 team from 2013. 49ers blew a 17 point lead to the Bears AT HOME. These are 3 of the favorites in the NFC. Are they not playing down to their competition? Are they avoiding "lulls?"

I know exactly what you are saying but to point at the ineptitude from other teams does not diminish the poor play we have seen from GB in the first two games.

Giving up 109 yards rushing and 212 total yards in a half against any team is unacceptable under every single set of circumstances.

That's all good and well, but the Packers don't really have the talent to consistently do that. MAYBE this season they do occasionally, but in general, they have to try to find ways to manufacture pressure. Plus, that's just what Dom Capers does, and is going to do.

If Daniels keeps playing like he did again the Jets, then I could see it. But taking the average of the first two games, I'm not convinced the Packers have the talent to line up and rush four and consistently pressure. In order for that to happen, Daniels needs to keep playing like he did against the Jets, CM3 and Peppers have to play better and be more consistent, and Perry and/or Neal need to play better, in addition to better safety play. It could happen, but that's a lot of ifs.

I like the lines I hear about us trying to get cute. I saw it a few times on Sunday and it never worked. I didn't really notice the switches to the 4-3 either, but that's a good thing. When I notice too much on D, it is usually because bad things are happening.

Oddly enough, I haven't heard any analysts yet talk about at least one time when Clay was lined up right behind Julius like in a bunch or stack formation. It didn't work. The play went the other way. It's stupid.

One time Clay was lined up so far outside, that it looked like he could be covering a receiver. Now either the play call got called in wrong or that was just a ridiculous formation, because I didn't see it at all in the 2nd half.
