Boykin 1 for 6...nothing last week.

Adams 5 for 50... in his 2nd NFL game. Pretty impressive for a rook.

This is an encouraging development. We need a competent 3rd WR and I've not been sure Boykin, who is a nice player, is what we need in a 3rd WR.

Now, if we can get Janis active and displace Boykin to 5th, I'll be happy. We need that speed element.

What would be cool is if Davante got good enough to become oiur #2 receiver and Janis #3, then losing Cobb won't sting as much. Pretty tough to pay Aaron, Jordy, and Matthews what we do and then give Cobb what he is going to want.

Adams did have a prolific college career, so this kind of performance should be expected.

Larry McCarren went so far as to say after one play, "Sherrod has to be stronger with his right foot and right hand." I have no idea exactly what he means but I assume the is not keeping contain to the outside of the line.

The little I did see in the second half seemed to be plays where they kept someone in to help Sherrod. I don't mind having a player in to help out on blocking but if a 1st round pick needs hep something is wrong.

Boykin vs Sherman - Packers deliberately avoid that entire side of the field and you knock Boykin for that?

Adams vs Jets weak secondary and you give Adams credit as being impressive?
