I think we are dealing with men who have been stretching their bodies for the majorities of their lives and nobody knows what their body does and does not need better than they do. We are all different and all our bodies react different.

Not warming up enough can cause injury, and warming up to much can also cause injury. Changing the routine can also positively or negatively effect a player.

I've always needed very little stretching even in my mid 40s and playing ball like I was in my mid 20's.

Love this answer from Vic today!

"It’s always been this way but the number of injuries/games lost to injury would seem to be increasing. It’s not limited to the Packers. Training camp reports throughout the league feature injuries to key players. I had mentioned either in this column or in my “Family Night” blog that ACL injuries have become commonplace. Once upon a time, a torn ACL was the death knell of a career. Heads bowed when it was revealed a player had torn his ACL. Evolution isn’t producing a weaker ACL; at least not that quickly. In my opinion, the size of players has exceeded the force the soft tissue of their bodies can endure. In my opinion, the game needs to get smaller and it’s my hope the league and its rules committee will start brainstorming rules changes that would make the game smaller. Or maybe this is the proper perspective: As long as the quarterback doesn’t get hurt, everything’s fine."

Above is a list of all players injured so far this year.

The Packers seem to be in the middle, some teams are better off some are not.

Gonna check this at end of pre season games just to see where The Packers are at.

What do either of those have to do with the fact that this team is decimated year after year after year? We field a JV team every year in the playoffs, then bitch that Kaepernick "runs wild."

The year before that?

The Packers have made changes, introduced different programs, are utilizing a nutrionist expert for the 1st time this year.

Let's see how it works out, crying year after year about years gone by is pretty silly.

2010 The Packers were decimated by injuries and how did they do?

Just think, if The Packers sustain major injuries this year how Excited you will be to come on this forum and tell everyone "I TOLD YOU SO".

The Packers haven't played a preseason game yet and you have them being decimated by injuries.

Jesus, try and enjoy a few games, will you.

No injuries aren't good, but they are not the only thing that determines whether a team wins or losses.

You are going to be in fucking heaven this year, because with the new rules, The packers better be able to put up 30+ points a game, that is just the way The NFL wants it.

You will call it stat-whoring,

The normal fan will realize that is what The NFL has become.

dfosterf (22-Feb) : I have some doubt about all that
dfosterf (22-Feb) : I read De'Vondre Campbell's tweet this morning (via the New York Post) Florio says that if he invested his earnings wisely, he will be good

dfosterf (20-Feb) : Hasn"t Bosa missed more games than he has played in the last 3 years?

Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : Felt like he was more interested in his body, than football. He flashed more than I expected
Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : When he was coming out, I thought he'd be flash in pan.
Mucky Tundra (19-Feb) : Joey seems so forgettable compared to his brother for some reason
Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : NFL informed teams today that the 2025 salary cap will be roughly $277.5M-$281.5M
Zero2Cool (19-Feb) : Los Angeles Chargers are likely to release DE Joey Bosa this off-season as a cap casualty, per league source.
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : If the exploit is not fixed, we'll see tons of "50 top free agents, 50 perfect NFL team fits: We picked where each should sign in March" lo
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Issue should be solved, database cleaned and held strong working / meeting. Boom!
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : usually spambots are trying to get traffic to shady websites filled with spyware; the two links being spammed were to the Packers website
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : you know when you put it that way combined with the links it was spamming (to the official Packers website)
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yep. You can do that with holding down ENTER on a command in Console of browser
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : even with the rapid fire posts?
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : I'm not certain it's a bot.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : I've got to go to work soon which is a pity because I'm enthralled by this battle between the bot and Zero
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yeah, I see what that did. Kind of funny.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : now it's a link to Wes Hodkiezwicz mailbag
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : Now they're back with another topic
