I really don't give a shit - I expected it. A year or so ago when I first had the gall to criticize the guy, the same thing happened. Admittedly, thiconspiracy thing is off the wall, but the fact is, the exposed mediocrity of the team when Aaron Rodgers was out really demonstrates the fact that Thompson simply hasn't done a very good job other than getting Rodgers. He has had successes, of course, especially after it became apparent that Rodgers was an all out superstar. I didn't even speculate that he STILL had a mindset to tear down the team - just that MAYBE that conspiracy idea was valid when he first took over. As for the present, as one of the people said above, "if only Ted would learn to fill in the gaps" - that's like saying about a golfer "if only he would learn to putt". This team could be SO MUCH BETTER if only Thompson - for whatever reason - "learned to fill the gaps".
One thing I get particularly sick of is people ignorantly acting as if the money is not enough - oh no! maybe we can't sign Nelson or Cobb or whoever. That's just stupid! The cap keeps rising, and it is easy to structure contracts in a cap friendly way. Yet you keep hearing that same old whine.
