I didn't think of it until today. Thought I would let everyone know that Julie had gall bladder surgery last week. She has a follow up exam at the Dr tomorrow.

From what she said all went well. Now she is in the recovery phase. It just takes time.

aww thanks for posting about me, wayne.

yes I'm slowly recovering but during the process, I caught a horrible cold!!
sneezing & coughing do not mix well with abdominal stitches - can you say OUCH?!?!?
the cold is now gone & I'm beginning to feel more like myself. it's a process - learning what I can/cannot eat & in what quantities as well.
I'm getting there though.

so far 2014 has been complete SHIT!!
I started the year with tendonitis in my elbow & shoulder - at least that's what the doc thought it was.
the shoulder started feeling better with PT type exercises but the elbow not so much.
then the gallbladder attack, surgery, & terrible cold.
and my freakin elbow is STILL killin me!! the only time it didn't hurt was when I was under anesthesia.
next week, I'm going back to the doc & having him do an xray. I have no strength & can barely hold a glass of water.

it's gotta get better...RIGHT????????????

As far as tendinitis - I may be able to recommend a good chiropractor where you live.

ok, doing better today. and I say today because tomorrow could be a shit storm but right now, today, I feel pretty damn good.
elbow still bugs me at times but I'm sick of doctors so I'm just dealing with it for now.
looking forward to going to the boys valentine parties at school today, then home to chill out & relax for the weekend. it's been snowing like hell since this morning here - we were only supposed to get 1-2" but we had that by 8:30am!! looking forward to the 50's that are predicted for this coming week. let the thawing begin & bring on Spring!!
