I can explain the whole thing.
I gave Julie that name, because on the site we all used to be on, there was a Julie from Texas. To make it easier for all to know who i was talking about, i called Texas Julie, "Julie", and Illinios Julie "Illy Jules", shortened to "Illy".

The mystery is solved!
