Goodell considering eliminating extra points

I'm waiting to see some semi-scientific polls of fans that watch more than 2 football games a year. I'd be absolutely shocked if more than 33% were in favor. Just leave it alone, Roger.

I would prefer they leave it but changing extra points is one thing that wouldn't break my heart.

Eliminating the extra point try is foolish. If you want to make the kick less automatic such as the days when DL and OL would try, then simply move the damn ball back to the 12 yard line which equates to a 29 yard extra point try.

Leave 2 point conversion on the 2 yard line.

There, the phantom "problem" is solved, now quit mucking with the damn game! You wanna much with something. FIX THE DAMN CONCESSION PRICES!

Quit kicking extra points and just make everyone go for two after every touchdown.

I'm not for keeping things the same just because that's how they've been. Things need to be more innovative than that. With that being said, I'm not so sure that eliminating the extra point is a good idea. If anything, they should at least try moving the ball back a little and seeing how that works. It is pretty pointless as it currently is.

I got a better idea than messing around with extra points-make the OT rules less complicated by adopting what the NCAA currently does.
