Zimmer scares me. He could rebuild that defense fairly quickly, getting the most out of his players.

Caldwell doesn't that much. He's a decent OC and maybe he can get that offense going, but I feel he has the same issues as Schwartz has. Got the technical part down, but can't get the most out of his players.

Norv Turner is, reportedly, close to becoming the OC for the Vikings. Their coaching staff is becoming pretty scary.

I honestly cannot believe both DET and MIN shot their wad early and didn't pull from the SF or SEA coaching trees. Unbelievable. What was the rush?
