Ted is not the best GM in the league, but I do believe he is top 5 and if we get rid of him, who takes his place that is better? I just see a division that has caught up. It is not just the Packers anymore.

To all you McCarthy lovers, please go away. What has Mike McCarthy done since the SB? When was the last time he out coached the opposing coach? Mike McCarthy is over rated and you all give him a pass for life just because he was the HC when the Pack won their last SB?,,get your heads out of your rectums!!

Nope. I was just about to add that I feel bad for the coaching staff. “We can talk about scheme. Scheme is not a crutch. You need to get off the damn block and cut the ball carrier.” I understand his pain when I hear that.

Ted admitted to probably one of his biggest mistakes in training camp when discussing the backup quarterback situation. There was no ignoring it at the time.

Now the other holes are becoming more glaring. Now we have almost no playmaking from our linebackers, defensive linemen, and secondary. You see the holes for big run and pass plays getting bigger every week. We need some big and nasty guys inside up-front and you wonder how this year's play has effected Raji's worth moving forward, or with better play around him, will he again show his playmaking ability. Time will tell.

We have never considered the offensive line our strength, so it is slightly less surprising when you see their performance crash and burn any given week. They were clearly outmuscled and overmatched today. They need some time off I guess...

Oh if the world was truly as simple and narrow-minded as it is through Texas' eyes. I'm certainly thankful it's not, though.

Sorry to break the news to you Tex.

He does not give a rat's ass about your opinion of him.

Fact is if he was fired tomorrow he would be out of work for 23.2 seconds. About as long as it takes to get a fax.

Why? Because he is a great GM and evaluator of talent and the people in the NFL that matter know that.

At Ease Soldier.....

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

That's why I don't get too high or low on the guy. But I can say that while I can be seen as an apologist for Ted from time to time, this season I put more blame on Ted than I do on any of the coaches. It has made apparent a lot more of his misses in past drafts. Thought this last one was a pretty good draft though along with 2010...

Now.. To answer your question...

I could type here for 20 minutes, but my Raiders just blew a 21 - 7 lead and I need Vodka NOW!

First of all any evaluation of Ted has to be done by throwing out this year. This year is not over.. So let's look at his work up till week one 2013.

Like I said.. I need VODKA so I will just give you a read, an opine, that I feel mirrors my own opinion fully.
