And I am sure you guys know this but try to keep in mind that just because a guy is coached to do something doesn't mean they don't have something that gets in the way of that. Some dudes don't have it, and if that is the case, that goes back to talent evaluation and getting the right guys.

Getting a new Defensive Coordinator would undoubtedly mean getting a whole new defensive philosophy. Capers uses finesse and trickery - I would contend he does that out of necessity because of the weakness of Packer defensive personnel. He custom designs schemes for whoever we are up against. Sometimes it works better than others. When Aaron Rodgers is there, his D didn't need to be great because we could outscore just about anybody just about anytime. Other teams would have to play catch up, which made his schemes even tougher to crack.

Is that what we want/need? And by "we", I mean primarily MM and TT? My guess is yes.

Two things we DON'T need: 1. Keep the type of D and get rid of the genius of that D. 2. Get some Rah Rah WWE type loud mouth who substitutes being fired up for brains. (hell yeah I mean Kevin Greene)

It wouldn't bother me to get a new DC, although I think it is better to keep Capers. Just make sure the prospective new guy has intelligence and experience to deal with whatever situation he needs to deal with.

In 2010 our D was continuously put in situations where they had to step up, and they did. After watching the San Fran game last year, 2010 seemed like an eternity ago.

Vic Ketchmen just said on pregame that PLAYERS ARE REPEATEDLY IN POSITION TO MAKE THE PLAY, BUT THEY JUST GET WHIPPED.

What the FUCK is he looking at?

What a weaselly little puke. Paid by the team to say good things about the coaches. Shut your whiny little voice, fucking little pos. lol

Fire Dom and give Kevin Greene the rest of the season as an extended interview. Hell, he'd even have an extended week to figure out his first game plan. How this isn't a complete and utter blowout right now is beyond me.

This time Capers made the defense consistent, they sucked at all aspects of the game today.

The Lions are at the 1 yard and Capers calls a nickel? Can anyone explain that please?

I'm embarrassed.

We gave up 561 yards today. Not going to look good for anybody in the organization not just Dom. That is alarming. Want to know what is more alarming is that we only had 7 first downs today. You think this defense is bad well then this offense is a hobbling mess.

Had our team not have about seven 3-and-outs today, I think our defense could have been praised today. We faced a tough offense with an injured defense. Not to mention the NFL rules that are in favor of offense. Not to mention it was a short week.

It's still doesn't look good for Dom though.
