Both of them deserve mention. Of course linemen usually get overlooked in these types of discussion - doesn't make them less important. Lacy will get more media attention just because he is a ball carrier. Also consider that Lacy was fairly high profile going into the draft, while Bacteria - not so much. Both of them are worthy of ROY honors, but if I had to bet money on it - I would put it on Lacy. Personal choice would be Bacteria.

I truly love the way Lacy is running and I think its fair to say that he is ROY of the Packers right now. I'm also not in tune with what other rookies are doing around the league at this time.

While I do believe Eddie Lacy is a great runningback, I think major props have to be given to our offensive line. I remember when Eddie Lacy was drafted, a lot of guys were saying, "it doesn't matter, he had gaping holes to run through at Alabama with an NFL caliber line, he won't have that here." Well, look at what the offensive line has been doing. Sure, there isn't a gaping hole EVERY TIME, but this offensive line is getting it done a majority of the time and when the box is stacked, they handle their own and let Lacy dink, dunk and drag along the rest.

The Packers have a legit run game and its highly due to the development of this offensive line.
