Charles Woodson extended the Oakland Raiders’ lead over the San Diego Chargers and matched an NFL record in the process.
Woodson scooped up a fumble from running back Danny Woodhead and returned it 25 yards for a touchdown late in the third quarter. The touchdown gave the Raiders a 24-3 lead over the Chargers and was the 13th defensive touchdown of Woodson’s career.
The touchdown tied Woodson with Rod Woodson and Darren Sharper for the most defensive touchdowns in NFL history.
