I keep seeing people saying that Tramon should possibly be cut due to him playing poorly

2015: Free Agent
That's 6.7 million per year average left. He hasn't played up to level IMO lately. I would like him to agree to reduce that number some ust like Grant did a couple of years ago, and just like Hawk did this offseason.
If he refuses to reduce it and the young CBs are looking great (though House and Shields aren't working out fully at OTAs) then maybe think about cutting him to get some of that money back.
So it's not his injury as much as his play vs. his pay.
The entire season Tramon was put on an island against some of the best receivers in the league. Players like Calvin Johnson (twice), Marshall (twice), Crabtree (twice), Hakeem Nicks, Andre Johnson, and Larry Fitzgerald, While doing this, he had inconsistent play at the strong safety position behind him and a poor pass rush in front of him.

Marshall even made a big deal about it before the second game, because someone (I don't this he said who) was claiming he stopped Marshall, but Marshall says he beat him one on one but they always had a Safety help on him.
Same with the other big named WR. Capers didn't leave the big named WRs with only one DB on them often other than some of the higher number blitzes.
"Capers is their player MVP," Marshall said. "For their players to be over there talking about how awesome of a job they did shutting down certain players, I don't respect that when it's two and three guys on you or other guys.
"Coach Capers did an amazing job of game-planning us and game-planning me. I didn't beat double- or triple-coverage or whatever they were throwing at us. I take it as a slap in my face when guys talk about my lack of ability to do something against them when they have help all over the place.
