If mccarthy takes the hit for this season, gets fired, and holmgren came in as the head coach, I know hes leaving the seahawks this year, but he said he was interested in coming back next year (didnt specify coming back as a HC)

I was just thinking about it even before the bears game.

It would be weird and it probably wouldn't work out any better than it did for Holmgren in his ten years in Seattle. How many playoff wins did he have there during those ten years? Three? Four?

I'd be pretty pissed.
Mike McCarthy is a good upcoming HC. He does not deserve to be fired for this poor season.

I would love for Holmgren to somehow return to this organization, but not by replacing Mike McCarthy or TT.

So much went wrong this year. Everything that could go wrong, did.
