It will be terrible.

1) It is on ESPN. Ever notice whoever they are talking about during the current broadcast is the "best in the NFL." 16 games and at least a dozen guys are the best in the NFL.

2) The game is at the ugly, dimly lit metrodome.

3) Ever notice that the vikings only seem to be on national television against the Packers or Bears?

On the plus side, when the Packers are up 34-0 as they were in 07, ESPN will not change game being broadcast to a "more competitive" one.

I see it as nothing to lose for the Pack. Jamie Dukes on the NFL network keeps saying its a must win for Rodgers. That's BS. I do believe the Pack has to win one of the 2 mainly the one in GB but I don't see it as a big deal if we lose this one. It's a way bigger deal for the Vikes to win at home.
That being said (and this is where I may lose some of you, sorry) I hope GB wins 45-42 and Brett throws 6 td's. Sorry I still love the dude!

I would be furious if Favre threw 6 TDs because -- win or lose -- that would mean our defense had failed spectacularly.

All the days of sitting there and hoping that Favre doesn't throw an INT. Please, please, please, Favre just one more time be "Bad Brett", lol.

We need this game I think. Being down 2 games in the division this early on is trouble. Plus Vikings have an easy game next week, so after the bye week, we could be 2.5 games back.
