Packers can improve with three releases

Release A.J. Hawk, that $5 million can be used elsewhere.
Release Ryan Pickett, he's old and provides no upside.
Release Braondon Saine, he's injury prone.

These three releases will improve the Packers roster big time!!

Pickett was the only decent run stuffer we had last year. He's still useful.

I can't tell whether OP was serious or sarcastic.

In the event that it was serious, you're wrong about Pickett.

I know he's a big fat guy, and an old guy, but has he shown any sign that he's declined?

The man has been a rock inside.

I don't know how their salaries compare, but releasing Raji makes more sense IMO than releasing Pickett.

Pickett should be extended, even at his age. He has been our top DL since Cullen Jenkins, and would be difficult to replace. He still has a couple good years left in the tank.
