2013 IR

OT B.Bulaga
WR Sederrick Cunningham

ACTIVE/PUP LIST
J.C.Tretter(broken ankle expected to miss 6 months)
Jerel Worthy is ready for TC(status uknown)
Derrick Sherrod is ready for TC( still ? )
Sean Richardson
Chaz Powell

Non-Football Injury List
Jamari Lattimore

Conditions/Events
Greg Jennings Leaves via FA gone to minny

J. Finley signs new contract(Packers pay bonus will play out contract

Charles Woodson restructures current contract....RELEASED
(signed 1 yr deal with Raiders)

Ted will NOT make any draft day trades or sign any big name FA.
(this was easiest predicition to make)

Currently I see 49 of the 53 spots taken, now there will be injuries during TC that will change that #, if Worthy and Sherrod are not ready that’s 2 more spots, if Finley do not come to some kind of agreement that’s 1 more.

So there could be as few as 4 and as many as 8 spots for Draft Picks, UDFA’s and FA signings to compete over at the beginning of TC.

Packers have 8 draft picks, I am not going to try and guess when and who but just going to take a shot at positions,

First round: No. 26 overall.........DE Datone Jones moving to 53 man
Second round: No. 61...............RB Eddie Lacey(signed contract)
Fourth round: A -T David Baktiari(signed contract)(moved to 53 man roster)
Fourth round: B - (moved to injury list)
Fourth round: C- RB Jonathan Franklin(signed contract)
Fifth round: A - CB Micah Hyde(signed contract)
Fifth round (compensatory): No. 167 DE Josh Boyd(signed contract)
Sixth round: A - LB Nate Palmer(signed contract)
Seventh round:A - WR Charles Johnson(signed contract)
Seventh round: B - WR Kevin Dorsey(signed contract)
Seventh round: No. 232 LB Sam Barrington(signed contract

Ted will draft:

1RB, 1FB, 1 C, 2 DLmen, 1 WR, 1TE and 1S

Ted Drafted 2RB's, 2OT's, 2 DE's, 2 WR's, 2 LB's, 1CB

The most important thing to happen(IMHO) is to set the O-line early in TC and keep those 5 guys together playing as 1 unit as much as possible.

O-line starters from L-R
Newhouse, Lang, Dietrich Smith, Sitton, Bulaga

Have fun tearing it up boys, but no matter what most think, when healthy this team is pretty solid across the board.

You can't rule out UDFAs making the team either (nm I see where you added them).

I think Coleman will beat Harrell. He didn't really seem too far behind by the 4th preseason game and has an obviously better skillset.

Worthy won't be ready. He'll be PUP'd at minimum.

Man, you guys hate on my boy Starks. Sure he's been injured, but it's from playing hard. We got depth. I do like Saine though too.

EDIT: It'll be interesting to see how Green looks a year removed from surgery. I still think dude can play.

This list is premature ejaculation. You can have redo after the draft Buckeye.

I don't see how Crabtree, Taylor, or Williams have done enough for an automatic roster spot.

At outside linebacker I'd keep Clayroids, Perry, and Moses and bring in fresh meat for the other two; and in the middle we have a mess until we know what Bishop and Smith can do. Brad Jones was a wonderful surprise, and until Hawk gets beat out he stays put. High hopes for Manning but fresh meat needs to be added.

Running back is a mess too. Nobody can stay healthy - no suggestions.

We need to draft our Center of the future, and figure out who is our LT of the future. Lang was a disappointment last year, but he can have another year to prove he was worthy of his contract.

Dline is stoudt, but they lack length to put pressure on the quarterback - need to start drafting taller Dlineman.

I'm not happy with the safety position yet. Woodson can't cover the ground he needs to anymore, plus his collarbone injuries are nothing to dismiss - very risky player to keep around. I like Burnnett, but wish he was a little farther along. Wouldn't mind seeing another player added.

Corner - pretty much good to go. Shields really came back strong last year.

Injuries on both sides of the ball really hurt us. Is it time for a new conditioning program and coaches? Seems to me one of the youngest teams year in and year shouldn't be one of the most injured teams too. Something doesn't compute there.

Greg Jennings Leaves via FA
J. Finley signs new contract
Charles Woodson restructures current contract
Derrick Sherrod is ready for TC
Jerel Worthy is ready for TC
Ted will NOT make any draft day trades or sign any BIG NAME FA’s.

Yep. (I am hopeful for Worthy.)

Currently I see 50 of the 53 spots taken, now there will be injuries during TC that will change that #, if Worthy and Sherrod are not ready that’s 2 more spots, if Finley and Woody do not come to some kind of agreement that’s 2 more.

So there could be as few as 3 and as many as 7 spots for Draft Picks, UDFA’s and FA signings to compete over at the beginning of TC.

Mostly yep.
Maybe 45-48 players return. Some of that based on injuries or perhaps dealing player or two for picks in 2014.

Packers have 7 draft picks, I am not going to try and guess when and who but just going to take a shot at positions,

Ted will draft:

1RB, 1FB, 1 C, 2 DT’s, 1 WR and 1 S

no FB.
RB, C, DT, WR, S for sure. OLB, G, DE, TE, QB are possible for the other 2. It is even possible Uncle ted packages a few to move up and grab a better quality player. He could end up with as few a 5 draft picks.

The most important thing to happen(IMHO) is to set the O-line early in TC and keep those 5 guys together playing as 1 unit as much as possible.

O-line starters from L-R
Newhouse, Lang, Dietrich Smith, Sitton, Bulaga

It won’t take Sherrod long to win the LT spot. Game 5 on.

SP TM(3)..Crosby, Goode, Masthay……………………………........................….3
QB(2)…Rodgers, ,…..Coleman
RB(3)…Green, Harris, Starks +1
FB(1)….Kuhn
WR(5)…Nelson, Jones, Cobb, Boykin, Ross
TE(5)….Finley, Crabtree, Quarless, Taylor, Williams
OT(4)…Bulaga, Barclay, Newhouse, Sherrod
OG(3)…Sitton, Lang, Van Roten (bubble)
C(1)…Dietrich-Smith…+1 ………………………………………..............................…25

DT(2)…Pickett, Raji +1
DE(4)…Daniels, Wilson, Worthy, Neal (bubble)
LB(8)…Hawk, Mathews, Bishop, Moses, Perry, Smith, Jones, Manning
S(3)…Burnett, Richardson +1 Jennings, McMillian (bubble 1 makes it.)
CB((5)...Williams, Shields, House, Hayward, Bush
DB(1)…Woodson……………………………………………....................................…….25

Fixed.

Jerel Worthy won't see the field until week 10 at the earliest. I'm betting he goes from PUP to IR.

I predict more turnover than you, Buckeye. I dumped players like Bush, Hawk, Crabtree, Jones, Taylor, Saine because I think they are prime spots to get younger and cheaper. I will be wrong in some areas but it's a fun exercise for February.

I think Benson may be the only player you list on the bubble that I think has a chance. The rest are getting too old/ injured to offer much.

Not gonna get involved in high price FA.

He may sign a couple of 2nd or 3rd tier FA, but nobody who will get anyone on this excited.

Next step NFL draft!!!!
