The thing I'm most worried about is, once again, our pash rush in this one.

Culpepper knows what to do when he has some time with his experience. Pretty much the only strong points on that team is the WR position... I think you see what I'm getting at.

Also, the score in the first game was really inflated, because of the 3 ints in a row by Kitna. They where actually leading us.

I do think we're gonna win this one. We're too good a football team for the Lions, but I guess every team has its day from time to time...

Thanks for reminding that the Lions were ahead until the lucky INT's at the end of that game.

I don't think the players realize how humiliating a loss to the 0-15 Lions would be.

I think they do... the question is ... will it matter?

It would improve our draft position.

If the Lions come into Lambeau 0-15 they are going to have something to play for.
The Packers should as well, they shouldn't want to be the taem that gets beat by the worst team in football.
With the absolute lack of leadership on the Green Bay Packers I can see them packing it in.
Noone on this team shows any fire but I guess when the head coach is standing on the sidelines looking like a whipped dog, what the hell eh.

As much as I've lost faith in the Packers, I can't see them losing to the Lions at Lambeau Field. It hasn't happened since about 1991. I know some Lions fans, and I know that the curse surrounding their team is worse than any curse the Packers have ever had.

I actually think the Lions have a good chance of beating the Saints next week. I hope they do, so that the final Packer game does not become a focus of national attention for such negative reasons.

When they were tied at 21 with the Colts I was desperately hoping for them to win so they wouldn't come into Lambeau winless.
If they win against the Saints they could come into Lambeau with a new sense of hope which could make them a dangerous opponent.

I know what you mean. If I'm not mistaken, should the Packers lose next week to the Bears (a not-unreasonable assumption), I believe they would come into the game against the Lions with the second-longest losing streak in the league. Second only to the Lion's losing streak, of course. Imagine the hoopla surrounding that game! I can see the headlines already:

Ms. Schroeder says, "I don't think they will lose to the Lions", but I think they will lose to the Lions. It's just the way the year has gone. I don't think it will be a blowout, but I do think the Lions will win one game, and it will be at Lambeau.

I don't think I want to be in chat at that point either :/

I personally think we will either lose to the Packers or else have a "moral loss" in which we play mediocre-to-poor the whole game and eke out a last second come-from-behind victory.

God, if we lose to the Lions . . . it will be a long off-season . . .
