If I had my way, and I never get my way, our O-line would be:

Sherrod - LT
Bulaga - LG
TJ Lang - C
Sitton - RG
Newhouse - RT

Someone asked Sitton if he or Lang could be the future Center with Wells leaving... Sitton made a joke and basically said if ether of them have to snap the ball they're going to be in trouble... because nether of them do it well.

Also why are you putting the best pass protector (Bulaga) at OG? ...

It really doesn't matter though because as long as they have dogshit James Campen as their coach, this line will never be top rated. We are very lucky to have so much talent at the skilled positions, cause ugly football would not be successful for us like it is in Chicago.

Normally MM seems to prefer to upgrade from with in... at least on offense. My guess is MM would hire a former Saints Center... both Jerry Fontenot (TE coach) and Joel Hilgenberg (Assistant OL coach) are form Saints Centers. Though I haven't been happy with the TEs this year... other than Crabtree...

This is what is I like how the Packers have built the line. Newhouse, Lang, Sitton, Bulaga, Barclay were all Tackles, so we are very flexible when injury happens. IMO, it is much easier for a Tackle to move inside to play G if needed, than it is for a Guard to move out to play Tackle.

For an FYI.

Lang's arms are 32 3/4" Bulaga arms are 33 1/4" Clifton's were 33'.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

our OL was fine today.. Rodgers needs to not hold the ball all day or get some checkdowns going.

I still don't understates why people want to put the worst guys at OT and the better guys on the inside... people understand the OTs are the ones that stop Allen, Peppers and all of the other 4-3 DEs and 3-4 OLB from drilling Rodgers into the ground on most plays right?

As for OL coaches, Gary Kubiak (Texans head coach) has been GREAT with them. Might be nice to have someone that knows him well and could do the same thing. Also Kirk Ferentz (Iowa head coach)... Ferentz has some connections with Belichick. Ferentz son Brian Ferentz worked for the Patriots from 2008 until 2011... was the TE coach in 2011 (those TEs did well that year).... in 2012 became the OL coach for Iowa. Not sure if he's be interested or good... but might be an interesting option.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : I think it would be great to have someone like Tom Grossi or Andy Herman on the Board of Directors so he/they could inform us
dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41ยฐ weather last year in Baltimore because he felt โ€œice coldโ€
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.

dfosterf (18-Jun) : Beats the hell out of a Vikings signing
Zero2Cool (18-Jun) : Baltimore Ravens now have signed former Packers CB Jaire Alexander.
dfosterf (14-Jun) : TWO magnificent strikes for touchdowns. Lose the pennstate semigeezer non nfl backup
dfosterf (14-Jun) : There was minicamp Thursday. My man Taylor Engersma threw

Mucky Tundra (10-Jun) : Well he can always ask his brother for pointers
