Or perhaps the WORSE Packer related quote on M.N.F.?

Jon Gruden: "You just have to contain Tony Romo, if you let him get outside and throw on the run, he is as good as Aaron Rodgers."

Umm.. I think not Jon.

But then again.. Gruden thinks Seattle is 6,000 miles from Wisconsin?

ACTUALLY

Romo is alot better than most think.. I dont think Gruden is far off.

Rodgers and Romo were #1 and #2 in rating as of last year.

Romo is closer to Favre than he is to Rodgers. He has a gunslinger mentality.

Without comparison.. he are my thoughts.

Romo is a front runner.. when things are going good and easy.. .he is a lead dog. When the chips are down.. he is in meltdown mode more often than not.

Cutler, McNabb and Romo are made of the same cloth, IMO.

Exactly... More like Favre, less like Romo.

Romo has thrown (5) count them FIVE INT'S tonight....

There is a great deal of love in the land of the green and gold for Aaron, but even so.... I think we all are far too unappreciative of Aaron Rodgers and what he means to this team and the city of Green Bay. As a player, but more importantly.. As a citizen and representative of the community.

I think Romo (just like Favre used to) tries too hard and winds up piling mistakes on mistakes. Fire and passion are good for running backs and linebackers. Quarterbacks need to keep their heads on straight - like Rodgers does. Cutler, too, is the same way. He had a good night tonight, but his play is almost manic-depressive. The first quarter sets the stage for the rest of the game...

His point is valid though. He had the 2nd best QB rating outside of the pocket last year, may have even been tied.

All the other points being made in here are a fair assessment but Grudens point was not wrong.

Excluding Hawaii and Alaska, I think the main continent of the US is something around 3,500 miles from shore to shore.
