I am NOT OK with trading Jennings. If we need money, trade Finley.

I am dead serious about this. I watched the game with an assortment of NFL fans, mostly Niner fans, and they were all apologizing to me for Finley. As I said in another post, Jordy took a hit that was worse than all the hits Finley took put together and still hung onto the ball.

I was really impressed with Cobb. It looks like Aaron and Cobb are finally on the same page. That's not a slam on Cobb. It's just reality that young WRs take time to develop. Well, Cobb may have developed.

So Jennings, Jordy, and Cobb, I want. Any of them go, I'll be pissed. If we have to let go of someone because of $$$, we let go of Finley.

I'm with you on Greg Jennings over Jermichael Finley, but it's a mistake to underestimate the value of Finley. No excuse for Finley's drop, none. But its convenient to ignore his previous years with the Packers and lock into 2011 isn't it? As for those apologizing to you, well, bottom line anyone apologizing for Finley is clearly unintelligent when it comes to football. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out having someone as big and fast as him is a threat.

Then again, if he doesn't hold onto the ball, where's the threat? lol ... still those people are idiots and I would stay far away from them before their ignorance wears off on someone wise like yourself.

As for trading Jennings for an Elite RB? I don't know... I think only Adrian Peterson would be classified as elite and I don't think the Vikings would trade him.

As many have said, we won a SB without Finley. 🇦🇷 looks at Finley too much just like Brett looked at Sterling Sharpe too much. The difference between the two players though is Sharpe was one of the best WRs ever and he actually CAUGHT the ball. Finley's not even in the top tier of today's TEs.
