We’ve got a lot of confidence in Graham. We’re not worried about him. They kept their first-team defense in for the majority of the first half, I think the whole first half, and I know what that’s like at times.

The fourth preseason game my first three years as a backup, we played Tennessee, and Tennessee likes to play their starters the majority of the game. And that’s difficult, especially when you’re playing against Jevon Kearse and Kyle Vanden Bosch and Keith Bulluck and [Cortland] Finnegan and those guys. It’s difficult.

The Browns stars on defense should be able to have a favorable matchup against 2s and 3s on our team, although we’d like to probably move the ball a little bit more effectively. I obviously care about Graham and want him to do well.

Plagarism! PLAGARISM!

Sometimes I wonder if ARod is really as awesome of a person as he comes off as, or if it's mostly just BS. I believe the prior, but he is pretty damn selfless.

So why not let him play a series or two with the ones?

The big downside is that the Packers need to make hard decisions when it comes to their WR corps, if you keep Jordy and Jones (and Jennings if he's back) in there, you don't get to evaluate anybody on the bubble. To be fair, I think that unless Cobb has another couple of poor games there's zero questions about who will make the team, but it may help determine who we try to stash on the practice squad and who we let walk.

I expect the starters to play close to the full half.. and maybe Harrell to get his shot with the ones and twos.

I also expect Coleman to play heavy minutes in week 4.

Packers usually play a drive or two into the 3rd quarter of the 3rd preseason game.

I wouldn't be surprised of B.J. Coleman doesn't play much in game four so when they can cut him, no one has much tape on him nor reason to take him.

Would have liked to see BJ get more than one play last night!!!!! LOL
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

He was awful last night. I understand the offensive line issues, but he's holding the ball, and the lack of decisiveness worries me. I continue to believe in him as somebody that can make throws between the hashes. Can he drive the ball outside of the hashes? I've yet to see him do that and that’s a stable part of this passing offense. He needs to take a step forward next week otherwise Colt McCoy makes sense.

Harrell seems like he COULD become a reliable backup - BUT it is hard to see his potential with the 2nd and 3rd team. Many of us got to see him play behind a line that leaves much to be desired, and I have a hard time evaluating him in such circumstances.

He did appear to settle in a bit more when the OL was blocking well. I did see some nice passes at times, but I was also scratching my head on a few as well. I mostly question his decision making, especially under pressure. There were moments when I feel he should have thrown the ball to the sidelines, an incompletion is better than risking a likely sack or turnover. To be fair, it is hard to blame him for his receiver falling - resulting in a turnover.

I think they need to give him a few reps with the 1st team to get a realistic idea of what he can do. Although some feel this would be a bad idea (more chance for injured starters, less time for guys working for a job) - I don't see any other way to evaluate how well he fits in with this team.

I am split on when it comes to this QB. I have seen good, bad, and WTF from him so far. He shows potential, but very inconsistant in doing so. McCoy could be an option if Harrell can't get it done - I think he would do alright in this offense.

I don't think Harrell has the arm strength to be a NFL quarterback. He may develop into a fine backup, but isn't arm strength probably the #2 attribute behind intelligence for a quarterback to have? BJ Coleman should pass him up by next year.

beast (6h) : Also why do both NYC teams have absolutely horrible OL for over a decade?
beast (6h) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (16h) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (16h) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (18h) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
Zero2Cool (19h) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job
dfosterf (20h) : Martha- C'est mon boulot! 😁
Zero2Cool (20h) : Thank you
wpr (20h) : Z, glad you are feeling better.
wpr (20h) : My son and D-I-L work for UM. It's a way to pick on them.
Zero2Cool (20h) : Thank you. I rarely get sick, and even more rarely sick to the point I can't work.
wpr (20h) : Beast- back to yesterday, I CAN say OSU your have been Michigan IF the odds of making the playoffs were more urgent.
dfosterf (20h) : Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Zero2Cool (21h) : I've been near death ill last several days, finally feel less dead and site issues.
Zero2Cool (21h) : It is a big deal. This host is having issues. It's frustrating.
Martha Careful (21h) : just kidding...it was down
Martha Careful (21h) : you were blocked yesterday, due to a a recalcitrant demeanor yesterday in the penalty box for a recalcitrant demeanor
dfosterf (21h) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame vs the Luckeyes, bleh
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Oh snap!!!
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Even Stevie Wonder can see that.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Nah, you see Lions OC leaving to be HC of Bears is directly related to Packers.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ohhhhhhh Zero is in TROUBLE
packerfanoutwest (21-Jan) : Zero, per your orders, check Bearshome, not packershome
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Then he'll land with another team and flourish.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Ben going to Bears. He'll be out in 3 years.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jan) : what's so funny?
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
