Dingus, i haven't contradicted myself ONE BIT.
I have stated that I MYSELF haven't seen any evidence to convict or NOT convict.
But the professionals that DO have that job HAVE seen the evidence. THEY are the ones that make the decision of whether to charge a crime or not charge.
And THEY decided there wasn't enough evidence to charge.

How is that me being contradictory???

As far as "racism". I myself was raised to judge people based on WHO they are, not the color of their skin.
However, as Porforis stated, even us "white folk" are "treated" to racism all the time. It seems that if you are white, and treated badly for it, it's "acceptable".
I also have been treated badly several times by other races.
Racism is alive and well.....from ALL races.
Anyone that has consistantly read my posts knows how i feel about racism. I HATE it, but it will never be stamped out. Especially since great people like Martin Luther King JR. get assassinated, and racists like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are here to make SURE racism doesn't die.
Like i have said MANY times, there is a double standard. If a black kid wears a shirt that says he's proud of his black heritage, they will pat him on the back and say how great that is. If i wore a "proud to be white" shirt, i'd be immediatly labled a racist.
To me, you should be more concerned on what kind of a person YOU are then who your ancestors were.
(No, i'm NOT saying you should forget where your roots are, just that WHAT/WHO YOU are is much more important and should be your priority)
Am i being contradictory again?

Oh....forgot to say.....I saw Zimmerman's brother on TV last night. He stated there WAS an eye witness that saw the whole thing, and that person backed what Zimmerman said.
Just another piece of this horrible puzzle.

They enhanced the video and you could see two "gashes" on the adult's head, at least, that's what they just said on the radio a little bit ago.

Cheesey, the contradiction lies in the fact that you take the statements given by the powers that be as fact and assume that everything's above board.

In your original post you mention that there doesn't seem to be enough evidence to charge him with a crime, if there was he'd be in prison because of the heat that the "racists" Sharpton & Jackson are applying and then go on to say "let's face the truth... there was more evidence that OJ murdered his wife then there is against Zimmerman."

contradictions. You haven't seen the evidence. You don't know. Yet the racists are trying to convince us that there's something fishy. contradictions.

I'm sure you do hate racism, I'll take your word. But hating racism and understanding the systemic abuse of minorities are two different things. This young man, Trayvon Martin, was in the wrong place at the wrong time. And any one of us when faced with someone following us around a neighborhood we had every right to be in could very well have chosen the option that Zimmerman says Martin did, confront your "stalker" and defend yourself. If that is what happened. And the sad fact that archaic laws such as the "stand your ground" travesty in Florida exist is all the more proof that we as a country can't seem to pull our collective heads out of our asses long enough to move forward. That is what truly sickens me.

Nonstops article is where these laws should be. If someone comes into your home you stand your ground. Unfortunately, we have a bunch of wannabe vigilantes running around armed with silly laws on the books that make these tragedies possible.

I'm not even going to touch your black pride, white pride argument. If you don't see the difference or understand the sentiment by now I'd just be wasting words.

I don't want to continue a pissing match about Race. I'm sorry I called you out, it's not my place.

There is just too much of a gray area in this case right now (at least the specifics that the media has reported).

I guess I don't have a problem so much with the 'Stand your Ground' law as you do. I can see how it can be abused, obviously. But the flip side of the coin is (another hypothetical) if Zimmerman approached Martin, asked him a question and got a beat down in return. When his head bounced off the pavement, he most certainly would have been fearing for his life, at least his well being. Gun goes off and we have a dead teen, unfortunately. The 'Stand Your Ground' law would have worked in that scenario.

I don't think Zimmerman is as devoid of a crime as I may have presented. I'm still formulating my opinion as more information is revealed.

I only got interested in this case because of the Miami Heat players going all 'hoodie' on Twitter.

The enhanced video. You can see some markings on the back of his head. Not sure if they are shadows or gashes or bumps.. But there IS something there. Not to mention you can see an officer take interest in the back of his head at one point of the video.

I wouldn't be surprised one bit if the adult was following him, later gets out of his vehicle, confronts the kid and gets popped in the face after asking a question, regardless of the question. Because the adult has already intimidated the kid by following him and has the kid scared.

There's a big difference from simply walking up to someone on the street asking a question versus following them in the middle of the night in a car and then getting out an approaching them.

The adult was/is a SELF APPOINTED neighborhood watch person ... is that true?

Yes Zero, from what I've read he was self appointed/not affiliated with any sanctioned Neighborhood Watch program. I've also read that he'd made upwards of 50 calls to the police in the last year or two.

I've also heard he was a failed police officer candidate.

Martha Careful (5-May) : Yes, in the military S2’s work on IPB, PERCEC, PHYSEC and IO
dfosterf (4-May) : FYI civilian companies swipe the S2 designation from the military. S2 is the intelligence branch up to brigade level. G2 is division level.
dfosterf (4-May) : Google it. Make sure to tack NFL on it or you will get the military meaning
Zero2Cool (4-May) : S2?
beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.
beast (4-May) : In theory, the S2 test how quickly a QBs brain can solve game like issues and how quickly they can do it.
dfosterf (4-May) : Are you gentlemen and at least one lady familiar with the S2 cognition
Zero2Cool (4-May) : Maybe there isn't an issue.
beast (4-May) : NFL really needs to fix their position labeling issue, but I don't think they care
Zero2Cool (1-May) : Packers did not activate the fifth-year options for linebacker Quay Walker, with the goal of signing him to a contract extension.
Zero2Cool (1-May) : Matthew Golden spoke with Randall Cobb before draft. Looked like chance encounter.
