Had a fairly candid meeting with my manager today about the position. Got a few things aired out and he gave me his support and recommendation for the position.

All the paperwork was submitted this afternoon. I should know in a few weeks.

I had a meeting with the two people I'd be reporting to if chosen for the position. They liked me, but it felt like they were trying to persuade me to not take the position. They were telling me that I'd be the first line of complaints when the plant general manager isn't happy, which is no problem. I've dealt with unhappy people before. Working at Dish Network for 4 years ... you learn how to handle angry people quick.

I'm supposed to tell them tomorrow if I'm still interested and when I could be moved back to Green Bay if chosen.

I liked the part when they asked me why they should chose me over someone else.
