This guy here has the skill set. I'm going to put it like this. If he wants to be great, he can be. It is up to him.

I'm going to make it very difficult for him to not be great. Because I'm going to put the pressure on him.

The off-season is where it will be told. Because my focus will be on getting him to play the way we play.

He presses at a very high level right now. There's things he can do. His skill set is not the problem. It's how bad does he want it. He comes to meetings and he's been attentive. He's starting to get the way we play.

At New Mexico State, he might have faced one guy his whole career that's playing in the NFL. When you come out to our practice we got five guys that will eat you up.

He hasn't had to play every snap. That's what I'm trying to get him to understand. You see the flashes from him. But every snap you've got to do it and be focused.

He's faster than Underwood but Underwood is a good football player. Underwood loves football. Underwood always practiced hard. Underwood probably practiced harder than this guy. Everything else was the issue.
