No matter what we read, he is innocent until proven guilty.

I have known wife beaters. And I have known provokers. And I have known females who physically abuse males.

I will not pass judgment just yet.

The police had no choice but to lay charges. Certainly in this area, it is quite possible that the woman will be arrested if an altercation occurs, and they admit that they arresting more and more women for DV.

Regarding this situation, I don't know enough about the what has gone on to pass judgement at all. I know enough women who have been beaten to totally dismiss her word, and I know enough guys who have been whomped around to totally accept it.

I wish our legal system and our media believed that too. But when it comes to custody and domestic disputes, men are often treated almost like second class citizens. And our media just can't help but stir shit up and come to their own conclusions based on little to no evidence.

and THIS, my dear RP should be your first clue that perhaps you mis-wrote.
ok, kinda yankin yer chain but you're greatly diminishing that domestic violence does happen. and not ever fuckin woman in the world is out to get rich men in the way you described.
if that were true, no low down loser with not a pot to piss in would ever be accused of it.
your premise is that we don't know what happened so why even speculate that she's a money grubbing ho bag & he's a pristine angel?
sorry but ya done pissed me off with that one.

Most of the women throwing themselves at a famous person just want to be able to say to their friends "I did so and so." My own sisters friend a girl I have known since she was a kid did 7 time MLB All Star Tim Raines . She knew he was married, she even bet the other girls at the table in the bar that she could do it. She was not looking for a cozy home and a BMW. She was looking for a badge she could wear on her lapel.

I also Did Not state that women do not get beaten. Damn right they do, and there are Millions of wife beaters. Your post is fucking slander is what it is. You are not even close to what I am, or how I feel about women.

Now... Back into the kitchen, off you go.

(See.. If you can presume I am an ass hole with no respect for women, well then I can presume you are clue less, barefoot, pregnant, and have no use out side of kitchen.)

I believe we the majority were meant for monogamy when it comes to heart. When it comes to touch, feel, and sex, outside of monogamy sure feels good. We were meant for pleasure. Monogamy often isn't enough.

Zombie, I do agree with you not passing judgment on Walden until he is prosecuted and found guilty. But the story she is saying sounds as sketchy as anything I've heard(like she is covering for him or something). I think we should all wait and see like Zombie said, even though it's pretty tough to do in a situation like this.

If someone says I am doing that, in my mind that would make me an ass hole with no respect for women.

I am not angry, nor upset. I personally enjoy your personality and posts. Let me make that clear.

Now.. On to The Raiders beating the crap out of the Bears for the next two and a half hours.

Just when I thought I couldn't dislike Walden more.

But we'll see where this goes,etc,etc..

Am I alone in thinking Walden is mediocre at best? His play the last couple months is just awful. He has the overpuruit of Nick Barnett, the tackling of Brady Poppinga, the pass coverage of Aaron Kampman, and the speed of BJ Raji.

I think this is his last year here. Ted Thompson will likely draft a couple LBs this year and he's gone.

I know, I know, it's hard to come away thinking that by simply watching him. But he's pushing Clay in some pressuring statistics, which is pretty damn surprising since Clay is not playing bad or anything like that. And Bob McGinn, whose probably one of, if not the most, reliable beat writers when it comes to evaluating game tape has had pretty impressive things to say about Walden's performances the past month.

I guess perception doesn't match reality with Walden...? I am not saying Walden is the best thing since sliced bread, because watching him play makes that clear; he simply does not stand out much outside of high effort. But according to the stats... Walden is putting up comparable production to Claymaker... which is very surprising. I'm honestly not sure what to think of Walden.
