The way we always played, we'd key on the dirty players to make them feel frustrated. Alot of times those guys are more worried about taking cheap shots than they are at playing football so they can be distracted. You can get their heads out of the game.
What this game boils down to is that it's a hump game. I've been looking at this game for over a month as the game we have to get past. The game in which we will have to show we are for real.
The 49ers are one game behind us, but if we lose a game, they could steal homefield advantage from us. That irritates me. It's like last year, losing to the Bears and having that dog us all year. It hung over our heads all the way through the NFCC.
Like someone posted the other day. Teams can't beat us. We can only beat ourselves. Hope our guys go out there and show that they're for real.

As for Suh, that was pretty dumb.

Suh hasn't been near as good this year as last. Agree with everything negative about him in this thread. Everything else he has done has been the end of a football play ... today was garbage ... both the head shoving and especially the stomp.


Sounds to me like a 5 game suspension from Suh.

Suh deserves every game of whatever suspension he receives... and then some.

I agree about Suh deserving a suhspension. What he did today was schoolyard at best

Anyway, although I was pulling for the Lions, I now have a huge problem with Suh.

I had hopes for him as just an aggressive player, however his act today was downright disgusting.
It was bad enough when he kept shoving Dietrich-Smith's head into the ground, but then when Suh stomped on his arm, that was beyond comprehension.
Suh should not only have a huge, huge fine.... he should be suspended.
