Jermichael Finley experimented with a new 'stretch' jersey a year or two back. Notably, Finley and Clay Matthews III I believe wear the new 'stretch' jersey. Aaron Kampman did as well during his last season as a Packers player.
I was not aware that Greg Jennings had those comments about his jersey, but it is a good idea for a WR to have a tighter/snug jersey. It was mentioned last night that Darrelle Revis holds the WR quite a bit with little tugs to keep them closer. This was something I noticed shortly after Charles Woodson won the Defensive Player of the Year award. I chalked it up to over analyzing Revis' play to credit Woodson more. Revis sure does tug jerseys a lot and he's pretty sly about it too.
More positions should move towards a tighter jersey.
