I think we've been relatively injury free this season, but god damn would Burnett not starting hurt.

I think they will find a way to get Burnett on the field. Its a bit easier for defensive players with hand injuries. That being said....it could hurt his chances on getting a pick if its a close play. Im sure Dom will come up with something and you never know. Jennings could step in and play great if it comes to that.

I don't think playing with a cast on his hand is going to prolong his recovery. I don't know the actual break, so I could be wrong.

Obviously, playing with the cast will impact his ability to get interceptions, but it may also impact his ability to contest balls. That's going to be a wait and see, I guess.
