He said he plans to wear a protective cast on his broken hand. When asked if he expects to play on Sunday, Burnett said: “As of right now, I’m expecting to play, but it’s the trainers’ call.

Anyhow, that's not good. Hopefully it effects his catching like it did Antonio Freeman when he had a busted arm/wrist or whatever it was, lol.

Freeman thankfully had a broken arm. Had it been a broken wrist, he wouldn't have been able to return so soon.

Hoping to see Burnett back soon, but I'm with Bozz here. Come ON!

This isn't going to turn into another classic PH winefest is it? Since we are so incredibly blessed with talent, that grungy whore, Karma, wants an even playing field. If I ever get a hold of that bitch, I'm going to train her with two black eyes and puffy lip.

Jesus, with the injuries last year I thought we would be okay this year. Boy was I wrong!

Broken hand isn't the end of the world, he can play, but WRAPPING up to tackle is going to be an issue. And if you want ONE position to tackle, it's the safeties, because they're...the safeties. If they get beyond the safeties, it's a touchdown.

Capers will work around it. Also, it's the Rams. For some reason we(chicago) get the Packers\Rams game at noon. Bears play Sunday night but the fact that we get a Rams game makes me laugh(yeah, I know, it's on because it's the world champs).

Woody would move to S and Davon House would get to show us what he could do. Otherwise it'd be Bush.

Injuries though are a good reason to whine. Yes, we won the SB last year with a 3rd of our team injured, but I'd rather not see that many injuries on our beloved Packers ever again.

Well, they could wrap the hand like they did for Cullen Jenkins last year...
...would give an entirely new meaning to the "passes defensed" statistic.
