I was listening to Wayne Larivee on WTMJ this morning. GB was coming out on to the field before the ref blew the whistle to signify the end of the play. they had been warned 2 other times. Rules say the 3rd time is a penalty.

If it was called on the position coach, that would explain why the ref didn't bother to say a player's number. I don't know the exact rules concerning coaches stepping out onto the field. I'm assuming it isn't allowed, but I see it all the time (particularly from energetic defensive position coaches).
Could be one of those things like travelling in the NBA though. It's a rule, but you're surprised if it's ever called on anybody good. I'm glad it didn't affect us in the long run.
