It's interesting how much the offensive line has improved over the last couple seasons. It appears we aren't missing College at all since pass blocking was his specialty yet TJ Lang ranked 10th in the league as far as QB pressures allowed. It also looks like we need to get Wells locked up as soon as possible.

Sad, but not wholly unexpected, to see Clifton where he is.

Wholly unsurprised to see Colledge where he is. Sorry, Mrs. Colledge, er, Kevin.

And of course, its further evidence of just how bad Minny's OL is...4 of 5 on the "worst" lists. Only Hutchinson absent, and he's not on the "best" list anymore either.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Scott Wells!!! It's awesome how that guy keeps improving. He's a little lite in the pants but man does he play well given his natural athleticism. Nice to see him tied for first.

Further proof that MN line suck and yes.. some of that is attributed to their lack of talent at the QB position.

They also had an article where they said that Finley was really good at run blocking vs Chicago. Hopefully that is the start of a new trend.

Interesting stats. Thanks. It is early in the season, so these could change a lot.

By the way, I never heard anything about pass blocking being Colledge's specialty. If anything, I would think he was built more for run blocking. But of course, it doesn't matter because he was never very good at either one.

He was in the backfield instead of inline off the tackle and kept either losing defenders or just getting confused and putting his hands on Sitton or Bulaga in an attempt to keep them from being pushed back into him.

The commentary in my living room went a little bit like this: "good pass by Aaron, probably due to Finley's great block on Sitton".
