I'm not blaming the girl. I am disputing the idea that a woman is an innocent party to any consensual sexual act.
Of all the women I have ever had sex with, only two or three ever insisted on a condom -- and I can only think of one woman who ever insisted on its use every time. In every other case, it was always I who had to insist on using it. You can't seriously be insinuating that in any of those cases, the women were innocent in their actions. The best that could be said about them is that they were negligent. I am more inclined to think they were conniving.
Was Vick an asshole for knowingly spreading a disease? Absolutely. But you can't make me believe the chicks didn't also have ulterior motives in going without protection. And anyone who wants to pull out the old "Well, one thing just lead to another . . ." excuse can kindly go shove it. Spontaneous sex is a myth, as far as I'm concerned. I've never had sex that I didn't have a pretty decent idea was coming. To claim otherwise is a limp-wristed attempt to disclaim responsibility for one's own actions.
