my brother confiscated my nephews phone last year when he got in trouble for texting during class. The phone went off at least 10 times in a 5 minute period. During school so the other kids were texting in class too.

I wanted to reply and yell at them but I was over ruled.

I don't have a cell phone anymore, and I am discovering that I love it. I love with two wimmin (three adults in a queen-size bed? Arghhhh!) Not having a mobile gives me much-needed time to myself.

If I average 10 a month.. 15 would have been a busy month of texting. Honestly.

I have never texted. I don't have it on my phone, and I don't miss not having it. If I can't talk to that person, or they talk to me, then they're not worth it.

"Leave a message or something on voice mail and I'll get back to you whenever the hell I feel like it..........if I feel like it. Have a nice day."
