If Newhouse and Sherrod can both play LT, then Cliffy doesn't make the team. Lang starts at RG, McDonald backs up the interior.
And yeah, Starks and Walden are gonna light it UP.

Its nice to hear about walden, the guy going ape shit in last years playoffs shows he can make a big impact. Hoping he wins it.

In the playoffs, he was adequate. Not outstanding, but not a serious liability. He does seem a bit more athletic than Zombo, but Zombo seems more solid overall. It will be an interesting battle. I don't think Brad Jones is as good as either of them. He may back up Matthews or even move to the inside.

I like that Newhouse looks good on the left, but I really want Sherrod to be the future LT (considering he was a 1st rounder). Competition is only a good thing, though.

I really hope that TJ Lang wins the LG battle. I've liked him ever since we drafted him. I just think he is a horrible LT.

I'm glad to hear that Bulaga is looking good at RT. He's my favorite OLineman already (because I was hoping the Packers were going to draft him before the draft even happened). Kind of the same deal as to why Raji is my favorite DLineman.

I also like that Walden has reportedly gotten bigger. I hope he wins the battle.

Think he'll last for 16 this year? Or all 19?

Last season, he sat out parts of a couple of games--I think against Buffalo and again in the playoff game against the Bears. Even if he completely misses a few games, though, he will still be worth having on the roster, as long as the quality of his play doesn't slip too much. I was surprised last year by how he got better as the season went on.

beast (30-Jan) : College Coaches wouldn't want that publicly, as it would hurt recruiting and they might not get the job.
beast (30-Jan) : I thought they were supposed to publicly announce them, at least the NFL ones. Hafley was from college, so I believe different rules.
Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Who knows who they're interviewing? I mean, nobody knew about Hafley and then out of nowhere he was hired

Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
