GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers receiving corps was back at full strength — or as full as it will be until Randall Cobb is eligible to come off the injured reserve/designed for return list next month.
That's because James Jones practiced in pads on Thursday for the first time since his Oct. 13 left knee injury against the Baltimore Ravens. Although Jones needs to show he can get through the practice and not have any setbacks or swelling in the days that follow, he may be on track to play against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football at Lambeau Field.
