Mike made a speech years ago about accountability and availability. He took what he said seriously. (Considering the latter, I'm surprised Harrell lasted on the Packers as long as he did).

I was merely addressing the fact that every year, people whine about Ted Thompson not dipping into the free agent market every year. Every year, with the exception of the 6-10 season, Ted Thompson teams do pretty well. I don't understand why people keep harping on the same issue.
