I might even, based on roster makeup, be willing to bet the Vikes don't go .500 with McNabb at the helm.

McNabb, for example, could easily clean our fucking clock with your present set of complimentary players, but there will be no actual acknowledgement of that scenario around here in public. 😝

I'm intrigued with McNabb in purple, no doubt. I don't see it simply because I don't see him thinking being only a one year rent-a-QB then to hand the reigns over to Ponder. I may be wrong, but I'd assume his ego/competitiveness would trump whatever it is that he'd like about playing for the Vikes.

I'm willing to bet that Thigpen has a better chance of starting for the Vikes next year than McNabb.

Even in his prime, McNabb lacked a certain "it" factor and has been somewhat "soft".. and he as become "softer" as the years have passed.

McNabb is done, IMO... forked if you will.

I respect him as a person, just not scared of him as a QB.
