I don't really get the "he might not always be a packer" talk.

Its not as if he got the G logo tattooed on him. He got the 2011 Superbowl ring tattooed. He will forever be part of the 2010 Green Bay Packer's team that won the Superbowl. Nobody can take that away from him. Its not like someone is going to take away his ring and cross his name out of the record books if he signs with another team.

The IRS could take the ring away ...

I think we're all avoiding the biggest issue of all, and it was mentioned once already. No where in that painful looking tattoo do we see the PH logo. How can we not discuss this horrendous oversight by Sam Shields?

I appreciate his loyalty! That is awesome. Sam is one of my favorite players of this team. My hope is that he continues to improve and stays as healthy as possible.

After consideration my biggest question/concern is "Since this one is so large, where will he put his other 6 SB tats?"
