I was just reading the articale about Scott Wells on packers.com and he said that he has just gotten rid of the rust of missing some games early in the season. And the thought came to me..Do you think that the Packers are going to have an advantage over other teams coming down the stretch getting guys back from injury who havent worked as much this year due to their injury? Will we have some extra strength coming down the stretch, sense some guys are better rested?

I've had that same thought myself. I don't think it will make a big difference because a lot of the injured players, like Hawk and Grant, had to play through their injuries. But there are others who missed significant time, like Wells, Harrell, and Bigby, and they may just be reaching their peak down the stretch.

You know what, that's a very interesting thought, and certainly could have some merit. For example, while opposing team's defensive lines are getting tired, Ryan Grant is starting to bolt again.

Well, we've all heard the expression "getting healthy at the right time". I think we're doing just that. I don't think it'll be enough... but we are getting healthier.
