Do we need a 1st round OLB when we have someone as talented as CMIII on the other side?

It will always depend on BPA and who slips, but I still like the idea of helping the OL with the first pick if the value coincides with our draft position (Derek Sherrod or Pouncey).

I would like to think that Walden is that guy, but his All Pro game was against the dog shit Chicago O-line. I'm all for getting another pass rusher. I read a post by someone where he thought we would trade Barnett for a veteran OLB, but I don't recall who that player was.

I also would be intrigued by getting Aaron Maybin from Buffalo, and see if he can't be coached up into the player the Bills thought they drafted.

I haven't seen the guy play but from what I hear he's not near as impressive on the field as he is in his workouts. Could have Vernon Gholston written all over him.

Our defense is one more 8-10 sack OLB from being dominant. If Houston is available and Ted thinks he's that guy, I see no reason why the Packers don't pick him. We have one more year left in Clifton which gives us a little cushion to pick a guy in the 2nd round or later and give him some time to be groomed into a starter.
