From one angle it looks like Rodgers barely touched him and he tripped up...

But from another angle Rodgers clearly grabs Urlacher knee and pulls it across to hits (or almost hits) the other knee before losing grab as he goes by and Uralcher is off balance and can't regain balance and falls...

It was enough to make him lose and balance and fall...
