Perhaps the millions of dollars the Packers payed then for their services will console them.

I hold little compassion for Kampman as he made his own choice this past offseason to go elsewhere to play the game. He controlled that choice..
As far as Harris.. it is a stretch to say that Harris in Green Bay would have seen the same end fate as winding up on the IR.. why? In Green Bay he would have been a dime or nickel corner at best... in Miami he was in a starting role.. so he may or may not have suffered the same fate.. but we can't draw a solid conclusion just the same.
That said.. I wanted Harris or another veteran to be in place just in case depth was tested.. as it was in the SB with Woodson and Shields going down..
But that doesn't change the fact that Harris spent more than 50% of the season with the Packers this season, was in camp helping the young bucks and was on the sidelines supporting his brothers under the helmet.. he can take some pride in the fact that he was a part of the 2010 Packers.. albeit not a factor upon the field. No less than a PS players that will receive a ring.
