The Lombardi Trophy is well worth waiting for 31 losers to make their selection. :thumbleft:

Yeah think of it this way, the cost of winning a superbowl is drafting #1 overall for every round, but giving up your first round pick. =)

I'd give up a first round pick every year to win the SB.

We will sit there, just in case Ted Thompson moves up.

15 minutes between picks. Let's say there is an average of 12 minutes used per pick or 5 an hour.

6 hours to get to number 30.

After 6 and a half hours, NFL network and ESPN will sign off and sy see you tomorrow folks. There will be hardly any discussion of the Packers pick.

At least for me on the West Coast it starts in the afternoon.

The only entertaining part will be laughing at how the viklings screw up their pick.

didn't they change it to 10 minutes per pick in the first round?

I am more inclined to believe that ted thompson moves up this year than i ever have been. We already have one hell of a roster, he has no reason to stock up on draft picks because the chances of all of them making the roster is probably slim to none this year. With the depth we've found, I am expecting Ted to do what he can to get a few high quality players to gear up for a repeat.

I'm sure everyone feels bad for the Packers as we have a young, loaded team and possession of the Lombardi; and also arguably the best quarterback in the league with 10+ years ahead of him. RP you should be ashamed of this thread. :)

I just have to ask, is there anyone that still hates on Uncle Ted? DHPackr, Dhazer, anybody?

gravedigga 😃 haven't seen him for quite a while, though. don't know why.

i'd take #32 over any other of these 31 before anyday of the year. the other 31 teams have an earlier shot on a player, that might help the team, #32 indicates you're the reigning champion.

I have to still hate TT, think of it this way me changing my ways towards Ted Thompson would be like watching the Vikes win a Super Bowl, neither will happen lol.

I have my rep to uphold 😃
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

They will still hate him. It's just that now they can't pretend that it's for any reason other than Brett Favre love.
