Do the "accountability" thing. Personally, I tried to keep it light, as I have no impact on the outcome. Me? I'm going the glass is half full route, at least on this thread. And technically, 44.4444% full on the glass.
I feel sorry for the Bears. We are going to kick the ever-loving shit out of them. This will be our biggest game in years. The press has turned on our coach(es), we have turned on our linemen, the CSAers are coming back out in full force. Screw 'em, I say. The Pack is going to CRUSH those punks to our south and send their spindly little Illinois butts back to the city of the big shoulders with whipped butts. :thumbleft:

Monsieur dfosterf,

Votre Logic et Tres Bien!

I understand and feel the same way. I think we are overdue for a Bear butt whippin', just like the Vikings were overdue against us.

This Oline's penalties have to decline and IF the Packers have NOT been backed up against the wall before, they are now. They need this one... BAD!

I agree a Rah Rah thread is probably in order.. I have a feeling that we will see a focused wee bit pissed team take the field Sunday.

I think in the end.. Barnett out of the lineup very well may make this defensive front changes things up a bit in terms of assignments and tweaks.. throwing a new wrinkle at the Bears should help.

Grossman.. lol... licking our chops with him and the helm.

It will be interesting to see what offensive line comes to play Sunday.. the one against the Titans or the one against the Vikes.. albeit the surface helped the Vikes a bit.. time to put up and get nasty boys.

The Bears put up a load of points on the Vikings. Something WE couldn't do.
This is a make or break game for us. Lose it, and we are done for the year. Win it, and we are still alive.
Thats how i see it at least.
I thought we were gonna kick the tar out of the Vikings. So until i see our guys actually DO that to someone (other then the Lions) i won't count on it.

Do i WANT them to rip the Bears apart? You bet.

Let's have a "bat day" at Lambeau... things don't start goin' our way, we can "get busy". One complication I envision, however... If things head south, do the fans go after the Bears or the Packers? I forgot when they cut off beer sales, but if they act upon my idea, I'd recommend sooner, rather than later.

Or you could go with the trend....

2008 Packers

2 Wins....3 Losses.....2 Wins.....1,2, ? Losses

In the words of dfosterf... "I'm just sayin'" ::wink:

Anybody ever go to the arcade, or perhaps the carnival? While Mike McCarthy plays "whack-a-mole" with our offensive and defensive line troubles, if we had "bat day" we could play "whack-a-gnome" with our game give-away....I'm just sayin' (Thanks for noticing, my friendly little purple wing wiper)

The Bears offense wasn't that terrific--21 of the Bears points were on two recovered fumbles in the end zone and a blocked punt, and the Bears intercepted Ferotte 4 times.

Orton had a pretty good game for them, but they rushed for fewer yards than we did against the Vikes. With a gimpy (ankle injury) Orton or Rex Grossman starting, I like our chances if (and a BIG if) our offensive line can pass block a little.
